1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on luxeplants.tn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
All plants are living organisms and will vary slightly in size, shape, and appearance from the images shown. We make every effort to accurately represent each product. Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and include applicable taxes.
3. Orders & Payment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example if a plant is no longer available or if we identify a pricing error. Payment is due at time of order.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, extreme weather, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for full details. Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
Luxe Plants is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
