Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every plant we sell. If something's not right, we make it right.

Our Arrival Guarantee

If your plant arrives dead, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, we will replace it or refund you in full — no need to return the plant.

How the process works

Contact us within 24 hours

Email hello@luxeplants.tn with your order number and photos of the plant as received.

We review your case

Our team responds within a few hours. For clear damage or wilting, we approve instantly.

Choose your resolution

Pick a free replacement plant or a full refund to your original payment method.

04

Resolution within 3 days

Replacements are dispatched next business day. Refunds process in 2–5 banking days.

What is not covered

  • Natural leaf yellowing or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect plant health.
  • Decline due to inadequate care after delivery (incorrect watering, light, or temperature).
  • Plants reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
