Do you deliver across Tunisia?

Yes, we deliver to all governorates in Tunisia. Delivery times vary by region — typically 1–2 days for Tunis and 2–4 days for other regions.

How are the plants packaged?

Each plant is individually wrapped in protective tissue, secured in a custom-fitted box with breathable packing material to prevent movement and stress during transit.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We guarantee healthy arrival. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, photograph it within 24 hours of receipt and contact us at hello@luxeplants.tn — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfilment process. Contact us immediately at hello@luxeplants.tn.

Do you offer care advice after purchase?

Every order includes a personalised care card for your specific plant. Our team is also available via email and WhatsApp for ongoing advice.

Are your plants grown locally?

We source from a combination of local Tunisian nurseries and specialist growers in Europe. All plants are quarantine-checked and acclimatised before dispatch.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Select the gift option at checkout and add a personalised message. Gift orders come in our signature kraft box with a handwritten card.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, D17, and cash on delivery for orders within Greater Tunis.
